Terms — no deposit

No deposit. Actually none.

Plenty of Bali rentals say "no deposit" and then ask to hold your passport. To be plain about ours: we hold nothing. No cash deposit, no card pre-authorisation, and we will never keep your passport — you need that, and holding it isn't ours to do.

Instead, the rental agreement carries a capped damage excess: IDR 500K on the NMAX and ADV, IDR 1M on the XMAX, IDR 1M for theft on any unit. Damage is documented together at handover and again at return, so pre-existing scuffs are never your problem, and you never pay more than the cap.

Why we can do this

Every unit carries GPS and is insured, our fleet is small enough to know each bike's condition precisely, and the excess cap covers the realistic risk. The deposit most operators take isn't protection — it's leverage. We'd rather compete on the bikes.
