How handover works

The bike arrives in your delivery window. Handover is short and deliberate: licence check (home motorcycle licence plus IDP, or an Indonesian SIM C), condition photos taken together so pre-existing marks are on record as not yours, then keys. No paperwork theatre.

Collection is the same in reverse — when the rental ends we pick the bike up from wherever you are, whether or not that is where we delivered it.

Where we deliver

Across Bali's popular tourist areas — Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Batu Bolong, Umalas, Kerobokan, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Ubud, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu and the Bukit. For short rentals outside the free zones the fee is charged per journey, and there are two — out to you and back again: IDR 75,000 each way to Seminyak and Kuta/Legian, IDR 125,000 each way to Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and the Bukit. The booking page adds it to your quote as two lines so you can see exactly what it is.

Landing at the airport

We deliver to your accommodation rather than the arrivals kerb. Deliveries run 08:00–20:00 daily, so if you land inside those hours, same-day delivery to your villa is usually possible; land late and the bike meets you first thing the next morning. Book before you fly and it is one confirmation, not a negotiation from the taxi rank.
