Parking the thing
Batu Bolong parking is its own sport. A scooter with a proper steering lock and a numbered fleet plate is easy to keep track of; keep it locked, use the beach lots, and don't leave helmets on the mirror overnight. Theft is covered under the rental insurance with an IDR 1M excess — but not having the conversation at all is better.
